Malia Obama Shakes It At Lollapalooza, Probably Going to Give Her Father a Heart Attack

Everything I know about being a presidential daughter I learned from the 2004 masterpiece Chasing Liberty, starring Mandy Moore and then-newcomer Matthew Goode, who went on to land roles in such acclaimed films as Match Point, a Woody Allen joint starring tennis whites and Scarlett Johansson, as well as A Single Man, the only perfume commercial that has ever made me cry.

Anyway, it seems like Malia Obama may have taken a page from Moore’s rebellious Anna Foster, whipping up her skirt while she dances on stage to Mac Miller’s set at Lollapalooza.

They’re shorts, okay DAD? She also took in Cashmere Cat, and probably a bunch of other stuff because it’s a music festival where 185,000 different acts are all performing at once.

The takeaway is that Malia is 18-years-old and headed to Harvard next fall. She can do whatever she damn well pleases.
