Two legends of the game were brought together at the Aviva Stadium ahead of Barcelona's International Champions Cup game with Celtic.

Jay Beattie (11) from Lurgan, who has Down's syndrome, is arguably the Hoops best-loved fan and is a former winner of an SPL goal of the month award.

Lionel Messi is the best player on the planet.

They met today at the Aviva Stadium and the duo were delighted to be in each other's company.

Jay was invited to the Spanish Sports Gala Awards last year and made it clear that the Bhoys are his team, he said: "I like Barcelona, but I love Celtic."
